Alanna Ball is an experienced health and safety professional with over 20 years of experience in human resources and safety management. Alanna has acquired her Bachelor’s Degree of Business (Human Resources), Bachelor’s Degree of Occupational Health and Safety as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Law. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Safety Team - an Australian consulting organisation dedicated to creating simple solutions to often complex environments.

Alanna is also the Director and Founder of Women in Safety, a professional network dedicated to empowering, transforming and inspiring women working in health and safety to bring their best selves to work. With over 2000 members across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia, Alanna creates a community based on connection and authenticity. She is a highly sought keynote speaker and connector within the health and safety industry.
