Mohamad Aliasman bin Morshidi

Aliasman is an accomplished OSH Practitioner, Professional, Trainer and Consultant with over 20 years’ of experience. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and also a Master in Business Administration (MBA), he has spent more than 20 years specializing and working with local and multinational organizations on HSE Management (operational and technical safety), HSE Strategic Risk Management and turnaround, Safety Leadership and Safety Culture development.
He was a Senior HSE Manager, Senior Safety Engineer, HSE Counsellor, Safety and Health Officer (SHO), Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) and OSH Auditor, and has worked with many organizations across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction, oil and gas and service providers. He also has an extensive experience in Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) where he is currently the Vice President 1 for Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health (MSOSH, 2020-2024) and the past Vice President of Northern Regional Group Safety and Health Association (NRG-SHE) for 10 years (2009-2018). Aliasman is also a Technical Member of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) UK, Specialist Member of International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) UK, American Society of Safety Professional (ASSP) USA, a member of Malaysian Competency Examination Board of Occupational Safety & Health, external panel advisor on behalf of MSOSH for OSHMP2025 under Strategy 3, Industrial Advisory Panel (IAP) at Engineering Technology Faculty, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) for Bachelor of Occupational Safety and Health program (2020), City University for Diploma of OSH Program (2022) and also UTM for Diploma of OSH Program (2024).
He is a strong believer that Competency and Capability of OSH Practitioners and Professionals are crucial to proactively and ethically promote and cultivate the importance of OSH at the workplace and also to the society, in general.
