With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, WuYue is a seasoned professional presently serving as the General Manager of Hong Kong Spill Response Technology Limited (RuiSi Tech), a pioneering technology and investment firm specializing in environmental protection and safety training solutions. As a dedicated Council Member of the International Spill Control Organization (ISCO), WuYue is committed to upholding the highest international standards and best practices to cater to clients in China and globally.

WuYue holds additional roles as a Distinguished Professor at Shandong Maritime Vocational College and a Member of the IMRF #FutureSAR Workgroup, where he shares valuable insights and knowledge on the maritime and offshore sectors. As the co-founder and CEO of the Shandong International Ocean Engineering Training Center (SIOETC), WuYue oversees a premier provider of industry safety training in China, accredited by OPITO, GWO, PADI, and CDSA.
